This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Property Sales OS landing pages (/en/ and /ar/), send the subscription request form, or contact us on WhatsApp.
What we collect
When you send the request form, we store:
- Your full name, phone or WhatsApp number (as you typed it and in international format), and company name if you provide it.
- The plan you're interested in, the page language, and the time you gave consent to be contacted.
- Campaign details from the link you arrived on, if present: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid).
- A one-way encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, used only to block spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your request. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your request and to confirm subscription details.
- To recognise a repeated request from the same number and update it instead of creating duplicates.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
- To understand which of our advertising campaigns bring enquiries.
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, with a pre-written message you can edit before sending. Conversations on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We use your number only to reply about your request.
Cookies and analytics
By default, these pages set no analytics or advertising cookies.
If we enable Google Analytics, Google Ads or Google Tag Manager, they load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. They help us measure visits and actions such as sending the form, choosing a plan or clicking WhatsApp. We never send your name, phone number, company or other contact details to Google.
When analytics are enabled, a "Cookie settings" link appears in the page footer so you can change your choice at any time. Your choice is saved in your browser. Campaign details from your link are kept in your browser only for the current visit so they can be attached to your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is accessible to the Property Sales OS team and processed by the providers that run this website for us, such as our web hosting and e-mail providers. Google receives analytics data only if you accept cookies, as described above. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage any subscription that follows, and then delete them unless we are required by law to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 55 129 3307.
Security
Requests are stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible. No payment or card information is collected on these pages.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
